Ali Najam is a Vice President in the Venture Capital group at Amaana Capital. Prior to his time at AmaanaCap, Ali was formerly a Senior Associate with 47 Ventures focused on early-stage venture capital investing across multiple sectors in Pakistan. Ali also had various roles at the Pak China Investment Company (jointly owned by Ministry of Finance, Pakistan and China Development Bank), NRSP Microfinance Bank, and Ernst & Young (E&Y) prior to joining the VC industry.
Ali graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and is a CFA charter holder.
